Description

Over 8 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or Engineer (L2 or above)

Strong troubleshooting capabilities with a commitment to seeing issues through to resolution

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and clients

Eagerness to learn and expand your technical skillset

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities or projects simultaneously

Solid project management experience, including initiating, setting milestones, tracking timelines, and driving tasks to completion

Self-directed with minimal supervision, able to manage personal workloads and projects efficiently

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated

Accountable for escalated support tickets and assigned project ownership

Willingness to work nights, weekends, and participate in on-call rotations as necessary

Ability to mentor Level 1/2 staff on escalated tickets and provide constructive feedback for improvement

Experience managing Level 2 resources for client onboarding and large-scale projects

Requirements

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems and Applications

Extensive experience managing Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Network infrastructure

In-depth knowledge of configuring and managing firewalls, Layer 2/3 switches, access points, and other networking hardware

Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 networking and the OSI model

Expertise in administering and configuring Microsoft Office 365, including Azure AD

Advanced knowledge of Azure AD, SharePoint, MDM, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Thorough understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy management

Experience working with peripherals like printers and scanners

Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

Competency in onsite IT equipment installations

Hands-on experience with VPN technology, including configuration, support, and troubleshooting

Advanced knowledge of DHCP and DNS configuration and management

Ability to handle complex escalated issues as the last line of technical support

Familiarity with virtual environments such as VMWare, Hyper-V, and Hyper-Converged setups.
