What you get to do every day

Supervise and track all installed systems and infrastructure

Contribute to the design of information and operational support systems

Register and conserve custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks

Maintain, configure, install, and test system management tools, operating systems, and application software

Effectively guarantee the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

Check and examine application performance for potential bottlenecks, name possible solutions, and operate with developers to apply those fixes

Uphold security, redundancy strategies, and back up

Offer 2nd and 3rd level support

Connect with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Requirements - Experience with automation software is required for success at this position

Firewall experience

Cisco ASA Firewall experience preferred

Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks is required for success at this position

Experience with monitoring systems is required for success at this position

Candidates experience with virtualization and containerization will be the best fit for this position

Candidates with proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems will be the best fit for this position

Solid networking knowledge is required for success at this position
