　　WITHIN YOUR TEAM

　　As a senior member you will be working on the infrastructure, including but not limited to Servers, Backup, DB, Storage, Cloud and so on to deploy, administer and manage the environments by following the ITIL process for incident, change and request management. You will also be supporting the Information Security team to help with vulnerability remediations. Participate in Daily management meetings, leading on a rotational schedule, lead and execute projects by prioritization and listening to customer’s requests driving continuous improvement.

　　WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

　　Server management Lifecyle from deployment to decommission for Windows Servers OS 2008 to 2022.

　　Physical and Virtual management. (VMWare, Nutanix & Hyper-V, Dell servers).

　　Management/troubleshooting issues with ADUC, GPO, DHCP, DNS, DFS & Azure AD.

　　Patch & Vulnerability management.

　　Basic network/firewall troubleshooting.

　　Backup & Retention for servers, file shares and DBs

　　WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:

　　Must have 8yrs experience in Windows server management on Windows server OS.

　　Must have experience with VMWare and Hyper-V environments. Nutanix experience will be a plus.

　　Must have experience in handling technical issues with ADUC, GPO, DHCP, DNS, DFS, File share

　　Experienced with WSUS for server patching and troubleshooting failures.

　　Experienced with networking concepts like IP subnets, vLAN and should be able to identify/isolate network issues.

　　Must have problem solving ability, identify process gaps, perform RCAs and recommend remediation plans

　　Can work in a team as well as independently while taking complete ownership of the given task.

　　YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

　　Please specify what is required and what is preferred.Must Have

　　BE/B.Tech or MCA degree

　　Relevant Infrastructure server management experience of at least 8yrs.

　　Proficient with ITSM concepts like Incident, Change & Request management.

　　Proficient in documentation and creating/maintaining knowledge base articles.

　　Preferred

　　Familiarity with Nutanix, CrowdStrike, SAN, NAS, ISCSI, SCOM & SCCM and PowerShell scripting

　　Familiarity with Backup solutions like Rubrik, NetApp, MBAM & Veeam

　　Familiarity with Server/VMWare Clusters, Quorum concepts & Drive LUNs.

　　Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud environments
