Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join a dynamic team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows server support, Office 365, and Network Administration. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide technical expertise in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel to client sites may be necessary.

　　Keys to the role will include:

　　Windows Server Support:

　　Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Windows server environments.

　　Implement and maintain server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.

　　Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.

　　Office 365 and Azure Support:

　　Manage and support Office 365 applications and services.

　　Administer Azure cloud infrastructure and services.

　　Implement and optimize solutions in Azure for clients.

　　Customer Service:

　　Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

　　Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

　　Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.

　　Technical Troubleshooting:

　　Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

　　Respond to escalated support tickets and provide timely resolutions.

　　Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.

　　Documentation:

　　Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

　　Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members.

　　Security and Compliance:

　　Implement and enforce security best practices.

　　Ensure systems comply with industry standards and regulations.

　　Collaboration and Teamwork:

　　Work collaboratively with other IT professionals to address complex issues.

　　Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects.

　　Client Site Visits:

　　Travel to client sites as needed to perform on-site support and maintenance.

　　Build strong relationships with clients through face-to-face interactions.
