Minimum Requirements:(Education, years of experience, specific skills or tools, etc.)
Mandatory Requirements:- US Citizen Required- Minimum of 7 years of Software Implementation experience and managing allstages of product life cycle- Experience performing the role of the Product Owner (agile) or SystemsEngineer (waterfall).- Experience in preparing for Program Increment (PI) Planning, engagingin PI Planning sessions, and working with the development team on sizinguser stories.- Background in working closely with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) totranslate the customer vision into Concept of Operations, Roadmap andhigh-quality backlog (Epics/Features/User Stories) with valuestatements and clear acceptance criteria. Experience in prioritization of thebacklog based on customer vision and roadmap to translate to.- Ability to develop test plans for user stories, execute tests, trackdefects and manage defects to closure.- Experience developing User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts and manage UAT.- Experience in developing innovative approaches to translate the customervision, dependent on the scope and circumstances.- Experience with JIRA and Mural- Experience with SAFe
Desired Skills:- Ability to communicate effectively with customers/stakeholders toformulate and implement enterprise-wide business, organization, andinformation technology approaches.- Expected to coordinate as needed with development team to support BusinessAreas defined requirements/required work.- Technical background with knowledge of software development.- Experience gathering requirements for data from various sources andunderstanding business process flows in preparation for data extraction.- Knowledge of PLM applications development and deployment.- Ability to work in a virtual environment and teams.
