Systems Application Analyst Senior -- Assistant Vice PresidentThe consultant will be responsible for providing project, business and production support for the Enterprise Payments Group and Treasury Management applications. Project support includes roles such as project lead, subject matter expert, requirements definition, user acceptance testing, and implementation oversight. As needed, this position will be required to work weekends and evenings. This position works at the Comerica Livonia Operation Center.Position CompetenciesSuccessful incumbents possess analytical skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, multitasking skills, are focused on the customer, have a drive for results, strong business acumen, strong agility and are excellent at prioritizing and managing work.Position Responsibilities:Act in a lead and/or supporting role on projects of various sizes executed utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies.Represent client voice for user friendly and intuitive application design and requirements.Establish yourself as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and products.Create test plans, test scripts, coordinate and execute user acceptance testing.Create procedures and train support groups on new products and enhancements.Act as a liaison between client group, technology group and production application support.Provide production and business support and problem resolution for the supported applications.Perform disaster recovery testing.Effectively works in a team environment and independently.Proficient in use of Microsoft Office/Access/SharePoint.

　　Position QualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited university OR 5+ years of Technical/Operations experience5 years of experience working with incident resolution or problem determination5 years of experience testing, validating, and implementing system changes5 years of experience in Project Management or experience performing a lead role in medium to large size projects being executed using both Agile and Waterfall methodology5 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office/Access/SharePoint
