　　As the Supply Chain Systems Supervisor, you will be responsible for the maintenance and modifications of the Warehouse Management System, as well as acting as the local liaison between the Mainframe and Application Development departments. You will work closely with the Network/Telecom departments and the Technology Office to coordinate, troubleshoot and install physical infrastructure that supports the DC where applicable as well as over

　　see and approve entry of all moves / add / change requests.

　　Your will also:• Liaison to MHE vendors as it relates to data handling.• Work with all intelligent devices including Sortation Control Systems.• Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures.• Liaison between warehouse facility, WMS vendor and MIS Department for problem resolution.• Support all data processing hardware including printers and terminals.• Support LAN (Local Area Network) configuration.• Implement all future releases of software• Coordinate inventory tracking of in stock supplies including forms, ribbons, etc. and report usage to MIS.• Supervise nonexempt staff.• Maintain all control tables within the WMS including access security.• Monitor the performance of the system application to ensure it is ready and available to all end users.• Manage the peripheral interfaces with the WMS such as Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers.• Manage and monitor end user access and rights and report to the SOX Compliance Department on a quarterly basis.• Develop reporting tools for users to have better visibility into the WMS and Operating Metrics, whether via Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$40,600.00 - $76,500.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
