  Position Summary

  SIGN ON BONUS - Qualifying candidates may be eligible for up to a $5,000 sign on bonus upon hire.

  Join our Aetna Better Health MLTC ( Managed Long Term Care ) Assessment Team! We're looking for an experienced RN UAS assessor to conduct in-home UAS assessments for our members, along with our in-home Care Management visits every 6 months. If you live in or near our service areas of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Nassau or Suffolk, apply today .   Required Qualifications-Must have a current. unrestricted New York RN licensure

  -1+ years' experience in conducting the NY Uniform Assessment System (UAS-NY) assessments required

  -3+ years of clinical practice experience required

  Must be willing and able to travel 90% of the time. Mileage will be reimbursed per company policy.-Qualified candidates must be located in Kings, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Nassau, and Suffolk counties, or surrounding areasPreferred Qualifications-Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Russian is a plus

  -Managed care experience preferred

  -Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)EducationAssociate degree in nursing required, bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $60,522.80 - $129,600.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
