  Your day-to-day work will include:

  The Systems Analyst, Sr. position will provide Information Technology Risk and Analysis Services to Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Deputy Commandant for Information (DCI) Chief Information Officer (CIO) Information Command Control Communications Computers (IC4) Division.

  Duties and expectations include, but are not limited:

  • Provide United States Marine Corps (USMC) Records Management and Microsoft (MS) Purview technical supporting the development, configuration, integration, implementation, and maintenance of USMC enterprise electronic records management (ERM) tools and/or applications in accordance with OMB M-5-18, DoDI 5015.02, DoD 5015.2-STD, SECNAVINST 5210.8E, MCO 5210.11

  • Provide USMC-specific business operations and technical development to migrate legacy records management systems (i.e., DON TRACKER AWS Snowball data, MCTILM, HQMC Shared Drives, and SharePoint sites) and support Marine Corps Cyber Operations Group (MCCOG) with USMC user testing.

  • Provide ERM configuration and implementation support to MCCOG, including but not limited to Department of the Navy and Marine Corps Record Control Schedules in accordance with MS Purview Records Management DON capabilities and standards.

  • Provide technical guidance on Controlled Unclassified Information configuration and implementation support to MCCOG, including but not limited to National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Department of Defense and USMC best practices in accordance with MS Purview Information Protections capabilities.

  • Provide technical configuration support for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data retention to MCCOG, including but not limited to Department of Defense and USMC best practices in accordance with MS Purview Information Protection capabilities.

  • Perform USMC ERM solution implementation, enterprise change management, and communication plan, user guides, and remote support rollouts/training/assist visits, to include stateside and international travel; rollout efforts shall emphasize a ‘train-the-trainer' approach in which the ERM solution is configured/implemented.

  • Display superior functional knowledge of task order specific requirements.

  • Demonstrate ability to focus on detailed requirements and reports to find issues.

  • Resolve any data disparities and provide quality issues.

  • Supervise systems and/or analytical projects.

  • Conduct required systems analysis, phases of systems technology, and functional/user area operations.

  Experience Requirements:

  6 years of directly related professional experience performing Systems Analyst-related tasks.

  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration or other related business, scientific or technical discipline.

  Work hours:

  Here at Aeyon we believe in creating an environment that fosters a healthy work/ life balance. The typical day consists of a 9-5 Monday-Friday work schedule totaling 40 hours per week, but we do realize that life happens, and things come up. Many of our positions allow some flexibility in the work schedule for unforeseen events so that our employees can maintain a 40-hour work week and still have the opportunity to meet other obligations during the workday.

  Security Clearance:

  For most positions at Aeyon, a candidate must have or be able to obtain a company sponsored security clearance. A security clearance is like a background check. It is required for individuals who are hired for US government jobs or any organization that handles information pertaining to national security. The security clearance process ensures your ability to securely access, manage, and protect classified information. Although the security clearance process involves several stages, the key steps to obtaining and maintaining a security clearance are pre-investigation, investigation, adjudication, and reinvestigation.
