Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business processes within Workday's Human Capital Management system

Provide technical support and resolve issues related to job requisitions, candidate management, applicant tracking, through to hiring and onboarding

Support recruiting related internal and external career sites, system eligibility rules, and workflows

Consult on security role changes within the HCM application in support of the Talent Acquisition functional domain

Collaborate with diverse teams to design, develop, and implement software applications

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure accurate functionality

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve systems

Requirements:

Minimum of 7+ years of Tier 1 Human Capital Management (HCM) system(s) and developing and configuring HR applications such as Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Recruitment Talent Compensation Management, Absence Management, Time Management and other HR capabilities (Performance Management, Benefits, Learning Management)

Knowledge of Workday HCM system and its Recruiting capabilities is preferred, but candidates with equivalent HCM system knowledge and experience in these functional areas will be considered

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience in analyzing and designing complex software systems

Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
