Robert Half is partnering with a renowned organization in their search for a Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will maintain and create tools for our Software Development team while engaging in the daily operational activities of the IT Department. Responsibilities include maintaining and supporting application security and their underlying platforms, managing application configurations, and attending to platform related help desk tickets. The role involves configuring and maintaining application monitoring software and contributing to the improvement of operational efficiency by providing insightful feedback.

Key Functions:

Support and maintain application release pipelines

Support and maintain developer third-party tools and integrations

Monitor platform system health and provide recommendations

Identify recurring issues and collaborate for permanent solutions

Assist with the upkeep of software documentation library

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

Able to adhere to established processes and procedures

Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell

Experience with Azure, Dynamics365, Power Platform, Windows Server, and Azure DevOps

Preferred Skills:

Experience building developer tools such as CI/CD pipelinesLooking for a self-starter with high integrity and attention to detail, ready to bring exceptional verbal and written communication skills to our collaborative team.
