　　Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.

　　Responsibilities

　　Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.

　　Qualifications we would be looking for someone with at least two to three years of experience in the following areas:

　　Working knowledge supporting all aspects of Cerner Millennium Revenue Cycle application or a similar vendors product, which would include claims processing, billing follow-up, collection agency processing.

　　Working knowledge of a Claims Clearinghouse application, specifically SSI.

　　Working knowledge of 835 and 837 claims and remittance processing

　　Working knowledge of patient registration process as it relates to hospital billing

　　Working knowledge of Cerner Millennium DA2 Report writing or similar reporting writing application

　　Working knowledge of a Material Mgmt. application with emphasis on interfacing supplies to hospital billing

　　Working knowledge of 3 rd party applications such as Cath Lab, EKG, EEG, Multiview

　　Responsibilities of this position are:

　　consult with clients during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing, and training.

　　consulting with clients on current workflows and configurations, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements as well as ongoing system maintenance.

　　In addition, you will complete client-specific design, configuration and troubleshooting with appropriate tools, complete full solution build with accountability for build quality score and follow up actions as well as apply and suggest improvements to implementation methodology and consult on complex configuration decisions.

　　develop and execute test plans, test script execution, and note changes in end user functionality while also reviewing new defects, write steps to test, outline information for change requests and notify clients.

　　Navigating across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate to solution and engagement while also leveraging internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution.

　　US: Hiring Range: from $22.93 to $48.08 per hour; from $47,700 to $100,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

　　Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
