Evaluate and communicate needs of the region, serving as a liaison between the end user and system services. Analyze regional impact of both minor changes and large system initiatives. Provides operational support to users in application of technology (e.g., Medical Imaging Information Systems) to facilitate communication and decision-making during patient care delivery.

Required Qualifications:
Associate degree in an allied health program, completed coursework or equivalent work experience in healthcare field will be considered
2 years of experience in a Medical Imaging department
Licensed Radiographer/ARRT
Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
Acquire and maintain Radiant Certification.
Knowledge of information systems analysis, design, testing and implementation.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of healthcare operations
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to manage priorities, deadlines, and execute tasks
Ability to analyze current processes, identify problems or opportunities and make recommendations to operational leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication
Superior interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Recent Medical Imaging experience in a large medical facility
Recent training experience
Epic experience
Experience implementing and maintaining software applications in a healthcare or business setting
Certification or course work in project management.
