　　Job Description

　　Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Space (CEW&S), a division of HII Mission Technologies, provides full-spectrum cyber, EW, and space capabilities that address today’s rapidly changing, multi-domain global security threats and anticipate emerging threats. 　　The objective is to support the 352 Cyberspace Operations Squadron (COS), which operates, manages, trains and readies Airmen to execute cyberspace operations.

　　Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Space (CEW&S) is hiring a System Administrator to act as a Cyber Operations Subject-matter expert and provide day-to-day assistance to 352 COS and associated units with cyber range development, troubleshooting, and scenario creation during all exercises, training, and mission execution.

　　Essential Job Responsibilities

　　• Recommend, coordinate, integrate, and install all types of operating systems (OS) required to build and operate a cyber training range and associated workstations

　　• Configure workstations for exercise/mission use

　　• Coordinate the use of applicable cyber ranges

　　• Monitor range system performance and capacity to ensure training effectiveness

　　• Assist in planning 352 COS and associated unit participation in exercise events and inform leadership on process initiatives

　　• Assist in the creation of multiple cyber operations scenarios for the training range to support the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) intended to challenge and certify cyber operators

　　• Assist with exercise design and development to meet exercise and training objectives

　　• Attend exercise planning events

　　• Provide guidance and input for tool capabilities and implementation

　　• Maintain relevant system accounts and ensure training objectives, lessons learned, and after-action reports are updated as needed

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　6 years relevant experience with a Bachelor in a related field; 4 years relevant experience with a Master in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.

　　• Must have a current TS/SCI and be willing to comply with SAP requirements

　　• Must have a fluent knowledge of system administration processes/practices

　　Preferred Requirements

　　• Practical systems administration experience in VMWare, installing/troubleshooting operating systems, workstation setup/troubleshooting, port usage, Linux, etc.

　　• Cyber planning and operations subject matter knowledge or expertise desired

　　• Joint Information Operations Range (JIOR) experience desired

　　• Cyber Security Analyst (CYSA) and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certs a plus

　　• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
