　　Robert Half has partnered with a local Manufacturing company to find a temporary/contract Recruiter to assist the team in Norwalk, Iowa. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support their manufacturing operations. This is a temporary/contract position and requires working onsite Monday - Friday.

　　Major responsibilities

　　Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

　　Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for manufacturing roles.

　　Utilize various recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.

　　Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to extending offers.

　　Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

　　Coordinate and conduct on-site interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

　　Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

　　Requirements

　　1+ years experience as a recruiter required, preferably for manufacturing, general labor or related roles.

　　Knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to understand technical job requirements.

　　Proven experience in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels.

　　Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

　　Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.

　　Bilingual speaker preferred but not required.
