Description

　　We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our systems to ensure optimal performance and security. This role requires expertise in Windows OS, Office 365 administration, server administration, Azure Active Directory, and basic networking.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Manage and maintain Windows operating systems across the organization.

　　Oversee Office 365 administration, including user management, license allocation, and troubleshooting.

　　Handle server administration tasks, including configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.

　　Manage Azure Active Directory, ensuring proper user access, permissions, and security.

　　Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, software, and networking.

　　Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and reliability.

　　Collaborate with other teams to implement and maintain network infrastructure and security protocols.

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience working as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.

　　In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365 administration.

　　Proficiency in server administration, including configuration and maintenance.

　　Experience with Azure Active Directory and managing user access and permissions.

　　Strong understanding of basic networking principles and protocols.

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

　　Strong communication and collaboration skills.

　　Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSE, etc.) are a plus.
