SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The role involves butis not limited to: Managing Hyper-Converged Systems using VMWare,including migrations, deployments, and maintenance TroubleshootingFortigate firewall settings, routing, interfaces, VPN configurations andFortiAP Wifi Access Points Administering Windows Server roles, ActiveDirectory, IIS, DHCP, DNS, Windows Print Services, and Group PolicyInstallation and configuration of physical and virtual servers based onoperational needs Collaborating with vendors, ISPs, and support contactsto resolve technical issues Assisting in software/hardware contractmanagement and negotiation On-site support, utilizing the helpdeskticketing system and support calls Managing IT procurement process,including servers, VoIP, network equipment, and computer systemsConfiguring VoIP telephone systems including hardware and softwareconfiguration (Mitel/Micollab), Micollab server-manager and MiVoicebusiness Planning and implementing security measures to safeguard data,software, and hardware Deploying, maintaining, and troubleshootingWindows Servers Managing computer configurations, security, licensing,and company cell phone plans Conducting basic content updates on thecompany website using Wordpress Providing remote and after-hours supportas required QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree in a related IT field orequivalent experience Three years of experience in a fast-paced,technology-evolving environment Proficiency in operating systems, Unixsystem administration, backup procedures, and system performancemonitoring tools Strong project management skills Ability to communicatecomplex technical information effectively, multitask, and handleemergency situations efficiently
