　　Your responsibilities

　　Leading a team and develop them further.Ensure HSE in the Test Field, prepare and maintain HSE concepts and train people in Test Field.Plan and maintain Test Field area and equipment.Support Test Engineers for System Testing.Optimize Test Field infrastructure, process, and tools.Close collaboration with other departments such as Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing and Logistics.

　　Your background

　　In addition to your degree in power engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent education you have experience in Control and Protection, SCADA or process automation systems.Well-founded professional experience in dealing with electrical safety controls as well as in the construction and testing or commissioning of electrical systems and devices.Experience as team lead or functional lead with readiness to take over role as team lead.Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).Strong commitment to safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.A high level of self-motivation. A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.Current driving license valid in Portugal and work permit in Europe.Willingness to travel nationally working on customer sites.
