　　Zynstra, an NCR Company Department: Engineering Job Title: QA Engineer (G10) - Quality Assurance Team Location: Bath Role Description: QA Engineer joining the Zynstra QA team. In this role you can expect to work on automation. Usually this will mean working alongside a development team to own their QA output, working with developers to agree and implement effective automated tests whilst also documenting any manual test cases. Alternatively, you may find yourself working directly on the in-house automation framework to assist the effort to automate faster and ensure solutions of the highest possible quality. Successful candidates will be expected to push for as much automation as possible and will find opportunities to work with a wide range of exciting innovative technologies Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Candidates should have a least 4 years relevant experience and ideally possess a degree in a numerate discipline. Required skills: Solid understanding of SDLC Proficiency with Linux OS CLI Strong personal organisation, attention to detail, written and verbal communication Object Oriented Programming Test automation Nice to have: ISTQB Software Testing qualification Working knowledge of GIT Working knowledge of Bash Working knowledge of Networking Experience using Python (especially PyTest / UnitTest) Exposure to cloud computing ideally AWS / GCP Other Requirements: The job will be based primarily in Zynstra’s offices in Bath. Current work from home policy is minimum 1 day per week in the office and the remainder from home. Employees are required to live within commutable distance of the office. Any workdays from home are a benefit for employees who are performing to a satisfactory level. Certain roles may require access to labs and thus extra days in the office, this will be discussed in the interview. Working hours are 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, plus a lunch break. Start and end times are flexible whilst adhering to core hours of 9:30 till 16:00. The candidate should be flexible in terms of occasional work outside of regular office hours and on weekends. Business travel opportunities will be rare.
