　　How you’ll spend your day

　　Requisition Approval and Denial

　　PO Maintenance Activities

　　Provide assisted buying services as needed.

　　Order follow up with Suppliers.

　　Respond to inquiry received for all relevant P2P Process areas.

　　Direct requestor to correct buying channel to ensure policy/Contract compliance.

　　Train end users on exciting processes and familiarize them with content available in Ariba.

　　Ticket Management

　　Recognize and communicates potential issues to service lead.

　　Execute supplier selection (RFx, negotiations) and determine PO terms

　　Stakeholder Management

　　Your experience and qualifications

　　Bachelors Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Communication, Business Economics

　　Minimum 2 years experience in Procurement

　　Reports To

　　Senior Manager, Purchasing Operations
