Objective

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
• Primary responsibility is to assist with managing the Large Animal Ambulatory service by providing client services, including
participation in outreach programs and community service.• Providing didactic and clinical/laboratory instruction of veterinary students and providing direct and indirect
clinical supervision of students and technical staff assigned to the ambulatory service.• Participation in daily clinical activities and actively engaging in clinical research
Qualifications
• DVM or equivalent degree.
• Completion of a large animal internship and/or two years’ experience in large animal practice is desirable
Desirable assets
• Demonstrated aptitude, ability and enthusiasm for clinical teaching are required.
• Experience instructing veterinary students in large animal medicine and surgery.
• The candidate must possess good interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work with others in a team environment.

This is a full time position in the Caribbean island of Grenada.
