SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING SPECIALIST

　　Logitech is recruiting a Sustainability Reporting Specialist to be part of our global Sustainability Team. This is an on-site role at Logitech’s office in Cork, Ireland.

　　The Role:

　　As a Sustainability Reporting Specialist, you will support the team behind Logitech’s annual Impact Report , as well as associated performance reporting and customer reporting. 　　While based in Logitech’s corporate sustainability team, you will be working to support data and insight gathering across various teams and functions, as well as drafting elements of key reports and helping the team manage third-party consultants. You will also own the development of various customer reports, which Logitech participates in year-on-year. We're looking for someone with a passion for sustainability reporting and communication, a commitment to diligent and accurate reporting, and a hunger to learn and grow in this role.

　　Your Contribution:

　　Develop and manage various dashboards, data collection templates and surveys that colleagues across the company contribute to, year-on-year.

　　Liaise with colleagues across various functions and business groups to gather raw data and potential content from across the company and QA/QC content that is provided.

　　Support Logitech’s continued achievement of third-party certifications including GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and alignment with SASB, TCFD, UNGC and other reporting standards.

　　Manage a number of internal survey efforts and cross-team engagements, to build custom reports.

　　Support sustainability communication efforts: preparation of reports, data analysis, summaries, presentations, benchmarking, coordinate updates to the website

　　Maintain (excel-based) master data and datasheets linked to internal and external reporting

　　Preparing and submitting reports on a monthly/quarterly basis, in a timely manner

　　Assist in various research and team projects as they arise

　　Key Qualifications:

　　For this role, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

　　A minimum of 5 years experience

　　Experience with sustainability reporting, customer reporting or other forms of public communication

　　Experience with sustainability reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, etc

　　Program management experience including scheduling, delegation, collaboration and management of both data and data contributors;

　　Experience with cross-functional working groups, task forces and other mechanisms of inclusive collaboration. Ability to work in a team and help people bring stories to life;

　　Strong communication skills, including writing and presentation skills; and

　　Attention to detail and a passion for communication, corporate reporting and data accuracy.

　　The following additional skills and experience would also be advantageous.

　　Experience or a flare for data visualization and copywriting, for public reporting and carbon visualizations.

　　Experience working in the fast-moving consumer products sector or supporting that sector in a consulting role.

　　Education:
