　　Position and Responsibilities OverviewEnsure that the plumbing services provided by the Field Services Departmentmeet contract and customer requirements.Directly liaise with Customer Services to provide for quality and profitableoutcomes from Field Services Activities.Assist General Superintendent in reviewing and reporting on project andservice profitability.Assist the Customer Services Department in the coordination of PMA and servicecalls.Perform equipment start up and complete associated documentation.Perform quality control inspections on service work.Technical trouble shooting and diagnostics as needed to support field efforts.Assist in the training of Service Plumbing technicians as required.Directly liaise with Planned Maintenance Service Agreement Sales personnel nolater than 3 months prior to contract expiration.Plan and oversee plumbing service field-based activities, ensuring that workis completed safely, on time, within budget and to the customer'ssatisfaction.Perform unsupervised work coordination activities.
