　　The Sustainability Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation of the sustainability strategy of Thermo Fisher Scientific's Material and Structural Analysis Division within the Analytical Instruments Group. The position supports the Sustainability Program Leader to drive a multisite portfolio of programs and workstreams on sustainability, working on projects to implement the strategy.

　　The ideal candidate has prior experience/expertise on sustainability, strong project management credentials, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, collaborates well across all areas of an organization, and learning agility.

　　Responsibilities

　　Lead and support projects in the Division Sustainability Strategy, that may include but are not limited to:

　　Pilot projects for product environmental label/certification and manage a multi-year roadmapWork with onsite EHS and Facilities teams to improve environmental and energy management systems and performance (carbon, energy, water and waste)Review global sustainability-related regulations and adapt programs accordinglyRespond to sustainability-related requests from our customersSupport the Sustainability Lead to update and improve the Division Sustainability StrategyAlign Division programs, policies and strategies with Thermo Fisher Scientific company goals and approaches

　　Bachelor's degree in Environmental / Sustainability field3+ years experience in a sustainability-related roleKnowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and reporting frameworksStrong data analysis and project management skillsInnovative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication, interpersonal skills and collaborative partnerExperience working with projects and teams globallySelf-motivated with capacity to learn quickly in a high transparency roleWilling to travel 0-25%
