Description:
Minimum Associates Degree in Telecommunications, Drafting or Construction Management preferred (High School/GED DOE) Knowledge of basic CADD Operations, including AutoCAD and/or ESRI GIS products Proficient computer skills (Office, Visio, and AutoCAD preferred) Preferred knowledge of telecommunications industry/Rural Utilities Service design standards Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
