Description:

　　Conduct various types of surveying including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, subdivisions, construction stakeouts, etc.

　　Perform various survey calculations.

　　Interpret and verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations.

　　Assist with the preparation of all survey data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.

　　Search legal records, survey records, and land titles to obtain property information.

　　Assist with writing descriptions of surveys for use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents.

　　Assist with monitoring equipment and survey supplies.

　　Assist with/review scope, budget, and schedule of new project tasks.

　　Monitor task budget and progress.

　　Conduct on-site inspections as needed.

　　Prepare project status and other reports.

　　Assist in the preparation of proposals.

　　Assist Project Managers.

　　Attend client, public, project and staff meetings including client progress, plan review, pre-construction, etc.

　　They can hire multiple. They have a job in Gaylord, so if someone lived near there, that would be ideal. Another location could be Traverse City. Projects vary and could be Commercial, Land Development, MDOT, Pipeline, etc..

　　Will be given $50/month for cell

　　Will be given work truck as soon as trucks come in for them

　　Qualifications:

　　2 plus years in surveying

　　Construction Staking Experience

　　Design and/or Construction Layout experience

　　Trimble equipment knowledge (Total Station, GPS, Laser Scanners)

　　Trimble Access Software knowledge

　　Valid Driver's license and clean driving record

　　BONUS:

　　3 plus years as a Survey Crew Chief

　　Trimble Business Center Software knowledge

　　MDOT Survey experience

　　Boundary resolution experience

　　Civil 3D knowledge
