　　Requisition Summary

　　PACCAR is searching for a talented individual to join our PacLease Franchise Operations team for 2024! The selected individual will work with our team in Bellevue, WA, performing a variety of functions in the administration and support of the PacLease Franchises. We are pleased you are seeking an internship with PACCAR and look forward to providing a great learning experience that will assist you in your future career!

　　Job Functions / Responsibilities

　　Assist the team with monthly Franchise financial reporting, franchise location and personnel system updates, and user setup activities.

　　Analyze data and create new Franchise Personnel & Location reports using Tableau

　　Complete data review and audits to update Franchise systems and coordinate with franchises to obtain any updated or missing information.

　　Lead a documentation retention project on legal and franchise documents and implement your suggestions and improvements.

　　Create standard procedures for new Franchise Operations functions in Salesforce.

　　Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned.

　　Skills / Competencies

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Ability to multitask and be a self-starter

　　Analytical thinking

　　Strong professionalism

　　Tableau experience a plus

　　Education

　　Undergraduate or graduate degree in progress.
