　　As our Surgical Tech at CHI St Vincent Hot Springs, you’ll prepare the operating room for a variety of surgeries. We can’t operate without you.

　　The operating room (OR) runs as a team; every person on the team has an important role that directly impacts the patient. Your success in this role comes from your adaptability and enthusiasm to work with a team taking patients from a diseased process to a healing process.

　　CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is a 280 bed faith-based, non-profit, Magnet Accredited facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas. As the only level II trauma center in the southwest part of the state, CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is the regional referral center for cardiology, trauma, neuro, ortho, oncology and critical care/pulmonary. We have also been voted as one of Arkansas Best Places to Work by Arkansas Business since 2019. We have earned top patient safety ratings from Leapfrog and was recently named as one of the Nation’s 50 Top Cardiovascular Hospitals in Fortune and PINC AI.

　　Responsibilities

　　Prepare the operating room for assigned surgical procedures with proper instrumentation and sterilization

　　Navigate the nuances of surgical procedures and surgeons you’ll be supporting

　　Adapt to the needs of emergency situations

　　Provide clean-up and turnover of operating room to prepare for next patient

　　Must be able to rotate call and report within 30 minutes, if called for a procedure

　　W e are offering a $5,000 sign on bonus to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer referral incentives as well as relocation assistance.

　　Qualifications

　　Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or graduate of an approved surgical technology program (one or two year program), or on the job training with CHI St Vincent

　　Certified Surgical Technician, preferred but not required

　　BLS Certification required

　　Must be able to rotate call and report within 30 minutes, if called for a procedure

　　$21.23 - $29.20 /hour
