　　Responsibilities

　　Incorporates knowledge of the nursing process and the ASPAN standards of nursing in daily practice. Applies knowledge of growth and development to perform detailed assignments/interventions.

　　Provides consistent care based on the changing physical and psychosocial needs, unique to the patient.

　　Qualifications

　　Required Education for Staff Job Levels

　　Graduate of accredited nursing program.

　　Required Licensure and Certifications

　　Active RN license in Tennessee, BLS, (ACLS, PALS, or CART class within six months as determined by departmental requirements.

　　Pay Range

　　$30.00 - $43.05 /hour
