　　Job Description

　　AECOM is seeking a Surface Transportation Group Leader to be based in Los Angeles, CA.

　　Responsible for overall management, growth, business development and operational performance of a large engineering services team based in Los Angeles, CA.

　　Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.

　　Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.

　　Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.

　　Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other Engineering discipline + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationPreferred Qualifications:

　　Professional Engineer license in California

　　Ability to proactively communicate and lead department staff

　　Minimum of 15 years of experience which reflect a progressively increasing level of leadership and responsibility

　　Experience with business development and client relations

　　Experience leading a team and as a people manager

　　Project management experience leading small to medium sized highway projects; well-versed in all aspects of project development

　　Excellent written and oral communications skills

　　Offered rate of compensation (CA locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $141,000-$261,000.
