Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

In this role, the candidate is expected to review incoming assembly kits, material, parts, and drawings in order to present components for machine presentation and processing. The operator will review process documentation and add components to mechanical feeders which will interface with automated equipment placement technology. Attention to detail will be a key aspect of this role as there are many different parts used in the manufacturing process. Quality of work in these set ups is essential to ensure successful machinery output. Also included in this role will be use of ovens for baking printed wiring assemblies and use of labeling systems to identify the production assets. Lifting weight between 5-15lbs may be required and push/pull of carts over 30lbs will be needed for machine ready assembly line setups. The use of computers and scanners will also be integrated into this role.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $39820 - $63690

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
