　　Thoroughly knows the CRM product and can relate that knowledge to users in various stages of knowledge and capacity to accurately use the CRM.Using our published Business Rules, coaches and educates users on the acceptable practices of input of donor data, import facilities, query functions, report and analysis utilities, and security requirements.Works directly with training and Support Center Supervisor (SCS) to identify CRM system functionality issues and user training needs and communicates those needs in a timely manner.Must be able to occasionally solve problems in high-stress situations with difficult customers.[What we are looking for in you:]{arial=""}

　　An associate degree from an accredited college or university. ORThree years of equivalent experience in assisting professional staff with remediation work, providing experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. ORAny equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:[Manual dexterity. Ability to sit, walk, and stand on a frequent change basis in order to perform the duties of this position. Ability to lift objects weighing between 25-50 lbs.
