Responsible for programming CNC equipment, developing and maintaining processes for new and existing products.
Follow a proven process in the machine shop, keeping with the standards set in the Hoshin metrics plan concerning quality, cost and delivery.
Responsible for supporting lean manufacturing principles and teamwork throughout the company

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Program (G-Code and or conversational) in four machining environments CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, Screw machines, and FMS Horizontal
Program various CAM software and have the ability to manipulate CAD/CAM files and models of multiple formats utilizing one or more CAD/CAM package
Use CAD/CAM solid modeling to accurately replicate components of the machining environment for program verification and production purposes
