Our customers use our tools to push the boundaries of technology and physics to deliver better products in the increasingly complex world of chip, board, and system design.Job Responsibilities: We are actively seeking an Applications Support Engineer to play a crucial role in delivering technical assistance to our customers who are using Tessent DFT(Design-For-Test) products. Provide expert guidance, ensuring our customers' success by using our tools effectively. Involve offering technical support to customers who are IC design companies. Collaborating closely with our dedicated team, as well as with Marketing and RD, you will resolve the testing challenges faced in various ICs. As a part of the Support Applications Engineering team, you will aid customer in overcoming their DFT challenges. Actively contribute to enhancing the customer experience on our acclaimed support portal: Support Center. Qualifications: Excited about starting or continuing your career in a customer facing but highly technical focused role. Continuously look for ways to improve your skills and the tools and processes that you use to accomplish your daily work. In this role you created new or improved upon existing engineering tasks or processes. Good communication skills and a high emotional intelligence, by presenting results or new concepts to others. Own challenges, finding solutions even when it might mean leaving your lane; you can easily find examples of this when asked. Flexible and eager to learn new things. Bachelor or master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical and Computer. Good knowledge and experience DFT field, including ATPG, MBIST, LBIST, test compression, IJTAG, Boundary Scan, ATE diagnosis etc. Familiar with Tessent tool and flow is preferred. Experienced in digital IC design flows, familiar with DFT/Synthesis/Formal/STA tools. Good at Verilog/VHDL/Perl/TCL/Python language. Good at communication skills and is a good team player.
