Description

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　· Coordinate cross-functional product advancement teams and foster collaboration with commercial teams to facilitate successful new product introductions.

　　· Manage the product life cycle and range

　　· Collaborate with team to oversee availability of product at the development and market introduction stages. Coordinate pre-commercial distribution processes to support product development.

　　· Maintain and manage product and market information in company databases.

　　· Ensure the accuracy and relevance of product tools and technical data sheets.

　　Requirements

　　· Ability to articulate and share information effectively with management and team members through various communication channels.

　　· Proficiency in developing and sustaining constructive, respectful, and cooperative working relationships.

　　· Capability to navigate different behavior styles that may impact effective collaboration.

　　· Professional conduct in holding others accountable to agreed-upon responsibilities and tasks. Strong time management skills for self and team.

　　· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

　　· Analytical mindset with the ability to recognize and understand available technology for the development of new products.

　　· Basic computer software skills and the ability to perform analytical analysis to achieve expected results.

　　· Knowledge of agricultural agronomics, plant nutrient requirements, irrigation scheduling, pest identification and management, and cultural operations.

　　· Detail-oriented with the ability to balance goals within logistical and budgetary guidelines.
