JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ocean Spray is looking for a collaborative and drivenSupply Chain (SC) Supervisor for our Kenosha, WI facility. The SCSupervisor assists in the review of the master production plans. Thisposition provides oversights to ensure the constant availability ofproduct to meet the demands of customers and their market places.Theincumbent also supports and promotes food safety and quality programswithin the plant. Job Description A Day in the Life of aSupply ChainSupervisor: Responsible for implementing methods, approaches, andsolutions to maximize warehouse efficiency and use, includinginfrastructure and align configuration and racking/handling equipment.Responsible for working with the manager in reviewing staffing levelswithin the warehouse, including cross-training of all personnel. Managescycle count process to identify and correct root causes of inventorydiscrepancies at Distribution Centers, review underlying processes andinformation that may lead to discrepancies and recommend/implementappropriate changes. Responsible for productivity/efficiency reports,dock door management and other reports as required. Review and recommendcorrective actions for the \"actual production\" to \"plannedproduction\" discrepancy resolution process.
