North America Topology Planning team is looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills, supply chain knowledge, and technology experience to join our team as a Supply Chain Manager. In this position, you will own mid to long term topology strategy, site selection, site approval process, short and long term build plan management, and topology optimization engine for Amazon delivery station planning. This position requires working with multiple stakeholders across various supply chain functions like transportation, real estate, engineering, launch, finance, operations, sales and operation planning. This is a high visibility role as it requires regular interaction with leadership team facilitating critical decision making. Finally, this position develops and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement by removing complexity from the network and simplifying existing processes to encourage efficiency and optimization.
Key job responsibilities
Own mid to long-term topology strategy, site selection, site approval process
Build plan management, and topology optimization engine for Amazon delivery station planning
Work with multiple stakeholders across various supply chain functions like outbound transportation, real estate, engineering, launch, finance, operations, sales and operation planning
Develop and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement by simplifying the process, creating additional value, and driving automation
Identify opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion
Deliver end-to-end technology and supply chain planning projects while working through the many obstacles along the way
Communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams
Write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing your own data analysis as necessary
Utilize problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenge with minimal supervision

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience defining and executing program requirements
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $62,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $150,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
