　　Reviews the production schedule and customer orders.Collaborates with the production team to align their output with shipping requirements, ensuring timely product availability.Orchestrates efficient production to customer flow, optimizing logistics, inventory and scheduling for seamless manufacturing operations.Utilizes analytical skills to assess inventory levels identifying potential shortages and surpluses.Team building through coaching and check-ins; recognizing team and individual achievement.Typical working hours are 7 to 3:30

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　Four-year college degree in business or breadth of experience preferredDOT certification preferred5 to 8 years of supply chain supervisory or 3 to 5 years of management experience preferredStrong interpersonal and coaching skills, excel analytical skills, continuous improvement mindset.Proven ability in planning, organizing, motivating, controlling, problem-solving, negotiating and leadership in a manufacturing environment.
