  In this new role, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive E2E integration & optimization projects and align key internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement enhanced/streamlined processes & systems with our Plants and Hub teams (incl. Ops/Procurement/Quality, etc.). In parentship with the PGCS (PepsiCo Global Concentrate Solutions) North America Leadership Team, you will be responsible to drive a robust Continuous Improvement & Productivity agenda. You will be critical to simplify (and potentially automate) our data analytics/business insights tools and processes as well as to ensure an effective Change Management process.

  This is a hybrid role located in Arlignton, TX and will require about 20-30% travel domestially and internationally.

  Responsibilities

  Lead cross-functional teams to drive E2E integration & optimization projectsPartner and collaborate with the Division, Sector, COBO, FOBO & PGCS teams to drive all NA hub activity associated with the supply chain strategy and tactical agenda, incl. flawless project implementation and coordination of same within the NA HubDevelop and implement enhanced/streamlined processes & systems with our Plants and Hub teams (incl. Ops/Procurement/Quality, etc.)Lead and mobilize NA functional teams to execute program pilots, leveraging results to build business case for scale up and change, partnering with SC Ops Project ManagerBuild program scale up plans within Hub and prepare sustainment plan mapping out process/resource change impacts and automation requirementsCoordinate program scale ups as required within hub, reporting progress, issues, and risks to program owner/project managerCollaborate with the PGCS and BU teams in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to have optimized and efficient E2E processesBuild and continually refresh NA Hub projects roadmap, including both SC specific and cross-functional requirementsPrepare and maintain resource heatmaps - identify gaps and align project prioritization as required with SCLTEmbed Project and Change Management Principles with NA HubIn parentship with the PGCS NA Leadership Team, this role will take full ownership for all aspects of NA Hub Productivity and simplification agendaPartner with the Hub Productivity Coordinators and Support Centre productivity group to build YOY productivity pipeline and execution of projectsPartner with customer service leads on all customer requirement, taking lead on customer engagement calls as requiredThis role will be critical to simplify (and potentially automate) our data analytics/business insights tools and processes as well as to ensure an effective Change Management processIdentify and drive improvements (both operational and technical) to meet various best practices services and cost related targetsFully responsible to assess supply chain issues from multiple and differing perspectives, and create recommendations informed by data, events and trends to address those specific issues. Prioritize the best ideas and courses of action and make decisions to deliver sustainable business results (e.g. write-offs reduction, SAP systems enhancements approvals, 3D Reporting tools/capabilities, etc.)Ensure adequate control design and effective execution as required. Certify controls as determined by GCS sample size and recommend control documentation updates as required.Authority to immediately address safety risksProvides visible leadership in maintaining the organization's OHS engagement scores by creating pathways to continue to sustain exceptional performance within the NA SC functionProject Management - Delegate workload effectively and monitor its progress towards completionLead weekly connects to get business updates as to the status of key targets, productivity initiatives, demand planning issues, etc.Ensure the NA team is aware of the changes that occur and discuss the implications of these changes for the team (shares the broader context and explains why the change matters and finds time to listen to the team's reactions and concernsResponsible for maintaining and complying with all applicable PepsiCo, Federal, State, and Local regulations and standards.Develop strong relationships with project stakeholders at all levels in the organization while operating in a virtual and matrix environment.Follow all applicable facility health, safety, and environmental requirements (e.g. PPE policy) and procedures for reporting incidents and/or injuries per the PepsiCo Employee HandbookIdentify and timely execute productivity initiatives to meet AOP targetPMP process (Objective setting, Calibrations, People Planning, etc.)

  Qualifications

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Operations disciplines6+ years of experience with Supply Chain

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Knowledge of R&D product development processes Knowledge of food and beverage business and technologyWorking knowledge of the SAP ERP system Preferred experience within the food industry with exposure to perishable productsAPICS certified (American Production Inventory Certification Society) a plusHighly proficient in MS ExcelStrong Project Management capabilities along with a proven productivity mindsetAbility to set and lead one's own agenda, navigating through ambiguity and leveraging connections and stakeholders to unlock solution for position upwardsProven ability to embed strategic changes within an organization without having functional/direct people management relationshipsStrong analytical skills - Working knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, strong problem identification and resolution skillsPossess excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to get things done both up and across a wide geography.Demonstrated capability to communicate and influence strategic agendas at all levels of an organization.Demonstrated ability leading cross functional teams across multiple businesses.Savvy negotiation skills - Uses informal networks to influence and deliver initiativesAbility to manage several projects of multiple priorities simultaneously
