Serve as the primary Supply Chain contact for Commercial and Consumer operational performance metrics. Lead cross functional tools, data bases, and reports to address, solve and manage improvement plans to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive analysis to assess Account trends customer behaviors. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend adjustments to maximize On Time Product Delivery.
Data Management: Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to enable effective monitoring and analysis of performance.
Optimization: Use advanced statistical analysis techniques and predictive modeling to identify optimization opportunities. Develop and deploy models to assess the impact of Supply Chain Logistics changes
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with Logistics, Sales, Planning, among others to gather inputs, share insights, and align strategies with overall business objectives. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Visualization: Create and report KPI insights in Tableau/Power BI
Defines and implements data flows and processes to innovate for the business.
Assures accuracy, integrity, and compliance of cleansed data.
Channel partner advocate within Supply Chain Operations.
Analyze metrics and trends and engage with peers to optimize supply chain performance. (i.e.: OTD, Fill Rate, ASN accuracy, and other account-specific metrics)
Participate in HP supply chain network initiatives/programs representing the Channel Partner needs.
Communicate and publish Customer KPIs updates to executive management
Experience:
Experience working with Channel Partners, Sales, Category, Logistics and 3rd Party service providers.
Supply Chain Consumer/Commercial US Operational Experience
Understanding of HP Supply Chain Systems and HP/Partner Interfaces ( OIS, ERP, EDI, OSS)
Skills :
Strong skills in Power BI and Data Analytics; (Power BI, Tableau)
Leadership skills to influence and make independent judgments based on data
Strong presentation and communication skills; Ability to translate data into information; ability to adapt information sharing with various levels of management
Mastery in problem-solving and analytics
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to work with virtual teams
Advanced MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
Advanced analytical skills to use Digital Supply Chain tools (S4, OSS) to identify process opportunities and drive actions
Mastery in English and comprehension
