  The Team

  The S&P Global Ratings, Advanced Analytics & Automation team is responsible for realizing productivity gains by implementing automation solutions leveraging RPA and Chatbot toolset, and for building ML powered products and capabilities to power natural language understanding, data extraction, information retrieval and advanced analytics solutions. The team operates globally and brings together a collection of business and technical skills with a mandate to drive a transformative agenda in Ratings. The team has a can-do spirit and gets involved in a diverse and interesting range of activities. As a Process Automation Specialist you will be using low-code tools (RPA and Chatbots) to build and deliver end-to-end automation solutions. Reporting to the Head of Robotic Process Automation you will be empowered to drive a portfolio of automation projects that will deliver business results.

  The Advanced Automation and Analytics team is seeking an experienced RPA / Automation Developer to lead and support a range of process automation activities across all functions in S&P Global Ratings.

  Work independently on end to end automation projects by owning the entire project lifecycle including stakeholder management

  Learn about the whole of S&P Global Ratings by performing automation assessments on ideas submitted from all departments

  What we’re looking for

  5 years of relevant work experience in RPA and other forms of intelligent automation, including 2 years within the Ratings industry

  Highly skilled with at least two of UiPath, Blue Prism and/or Microsoft Power Automate (certifications required)

  Experience with building and deploying Chatbots using Microsoft Virtual Agent

  Proficiency with at least one complimentary programming language (Python, .NET/VB, VBA/PowerShell, or C#)

  Hands-on knowledge of managing infrastructure for Blue Prism and UiPath

  Ability to design solutions leveraging confidential data with attention to detailed concepts of logging

  Experience managing RPA portfolios, including new development, maintenance and infrastructure needs

  Experience defining and/or enhancing RPA operating model

  Hands-on ability to build quick prototypes / visuals to assist with high level product concepts and capabilities

  Experience with training/coaching other developers, documenting and sharing best practices

  Attention to detail

  Excellent aptitude for learning, experimenting and picking up new technologies quickly

  Experience in an Agile software development processes

  Experience in deployment and management of applications utilizing cloud-based infrastructure

  A proven background in technical leadership and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to elicit business process information from stakeholders

  Ability to work in cross functional, multi geography teams displaying cultural sensitivity and championing diversity & inclusion
