Manage various supplychain activities to enhance quality, cost effectiveness and maximizeoperating income. Role & Responsibility Material Planning * Utilizevarious tools to analyze, recommend and execute inventory optimizationbased on a forecast, customer requirements, and/or business direction *Collaborate with management and other key decision-makers from variousfunctional areas to ensure an uninterrupted material supply to ourfactories, dealers, and customers * Support management of inter-plantstock requests and order adjustments * Maintain safety stock levels tooptimize the build and financial objectives * Schedule and implementpart change notices while minimizing obsolescence * Communicate supplychain concerns with stakeholders on recommended build plan and/orcustomer requirements * Analyze system parameters to identify demandvariances Purchase Order Management * Process purchase orders, confirmdelivery, monitor deliveries, and expedite to ensure optimum customersatisfaction * Resolve discrepancies and/or issues as they occur duringthe procure to pay cycle, analyze root cause, and determine correctiveaction * Resolve invoice discrepancies on time Logistical Management *Partner with logistics and other stakeholders to determine the mostcost-effective inventory transport to meet business objectives *Solicit freight options and quotes to recommend the most desirablefreight decision to maintain build and customer expectations SupplierRelationship * Act as a liaison between the Doosan Bobcat and oursuppliers * Facilitate supplier interactions and escalations processesto meet the business needs * Effectively manage supplier performance byassisting in supply chain disruptions (quality, logistics, etc.) *Cultivate and maintain supplier relationships with collaborativecommunication * Provide customer support for supplier relationshipsystems Job Requirement * Education Required: Bachelor\'s Degree orequivalent experience allowed * Equivalent experience in the supplychain in lieu of degree accepted * Experience Required: 0 \>10 years *Travel Required: Less than 10% * A high degree of fluency in MicrosoftExcel * Detail Oriented * Excellent communication skills * Ability toexecute/deliver results * #CD * #GD As a part of the Doosan Group,which employs more than 43,000 people in 38 countries worldwide, thecompany offers its customers products and solutions to help buildstronger businesses and communities.
