2+ years of relevant Supply Chain experience
1+ years of SAP and/or Kinaxis experience/knowledge (Planning relatedmodel)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Microsoft Excel)
Demonstrated result working in a team based environment
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned technology(s),within respective region.
Drives results through adherence to core supply planning processes andpolicies.
Optimization of inventory and case fill, end to end.
Drives decisions & trade-offs to optimize the supply plan andcommunicates to stakeholders
Develop constrained/feasible MPS/DRP/MRP plans over the aligned timehorizon, via SAP & best practices.
Cross functional (& external) collaboration to maximize trade-offsacross production, inventory & capacity.
Master data ownership & compliance.
Escalate supply/inventory risk to the Supply Interface Manager &identify options to drive resolution.
Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics and monitoradherence to key performance indicators, while driving continuousimprovement.
Monthly inputs/capacity planning in support of Step 3 process.
Weekly sequencing to align scheduling wheel & capacity; Minimizingchange overs & maximizing planning efficiencies.
Available for immediate resolution of production questions to ensurelines continue to run
Support Continuous Role Documentation updates and onboarding of newschedulers and planning personnel.
