Description

We are in the process of recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team located in Richardson, Texas via a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Managing and analyzing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.

Monitoring inventory levels, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve inventory management processes.

Performing data entry, conducting investigations into inventory discrepancies, and providing inventory management and reconciliation.

Creating reports on inventory levels and trends.

Tracking inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and creating detailed reports.

Requirements • Proficiency in 3M software and its application in supply chain management.

• Familiarity with Distributed Control System (Dcs) for managing complex operations.

• Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), specifically with ERP solutions.

• Knowledge of IBM AS/400 system and its use in supply chain operations.

• Proficiency in About Time software for efficient time tracking.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration and client interaction.

• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

• Proficiency in forecasting trends and managing inventory based on these predictions.

• Experience with KPI Reporting, including the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
