　　Job Description

　　To ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment.

　　Responsibilities

　　Maintain all public areas and guestrooms on an on-going basis (corner guards, locks, windows, doors, furniture.)

　　Keep the hotel decor in good condition.

　　Clean all work areas after completing job.

　　Fill out daily work form.

　　Have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools.

　　Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.

　　Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotels rules and regulations.

　　Qualifications

　　Facilities maintenance experience is required

　　Basic electrical/mechanical/plumbing skills are required that includes lighting fixtures and ballast replacement

　　Must have working knowledge of various building related repairs, i.e. door locks, closures, carpet repair, painting

　　Ability to work independently with little or no supervision to complete assigned tasks

　　Ability to communicate effectively
