　　Randstad in partnership with Lennox has an immediate opening for a supply chain administrative Assistant. As a supply chain administrative assistant you will deal with external vendors and factories on planning inventory and POs, manage discrepancies at warehouses, manage past due purchase orders.

　　salary: $25 - $29 per hour

　　shift: First

　　work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

　　education: High School

　　Responsibilities

　　Canned Open PO report - take the report and balance against delivery report, categorizingby supplier and reaching out to supplier for product and follow upon past due shipments.

　　Look at expediting POs if needed.

　　Rebalancing inventory.

　　Run a report that gives them inventory where we have excess inventory, and receiving purchase requirements and look at inventory rebalancing opportunities.

　　Other Supply chain related tasks, has good understanding of supply chain, could do more that is not outisdeof the scope of support person.

　　Under general direction, provides routine support in functional areas of Parts Supply Planning including but not limited to working with suppliers to follow up on past due POs, resolve receiving discrepancies at the warehouses and review stock levels across the Lennox network for inventory rebalancing opportunities.

　　Some basic supply planning and purchasing functions may be involved.
