Prepare and present quarterly Supplier Performance ratings, offering improvement recommendations and leading improvement initiatives. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and work closely with various departments, including outside sales, inside sales, quality contacts, production, and upper management. Are You Ready to Initiate, track, and validate Corrective Action Requests for underperforming suppliers. Provide support to design engineering in vendor part qualification. Offer technical assistance to the commodity management team as requested. Collaborate with vendors to enhance product quality and cost efficiency. Provide support for vendors as it pertains to new product designs. Job Requirements: What You'll Need S in an engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-3 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
