Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Construction Manager in the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) office, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic. Responsibilities You will direct large-scale construction projects with many and different types of contractual work being performed simultaneously. You will assign architect-engineer work to junior employees based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees. You will develop solutions to mitigate or eliminate obstructions to construction project completion. You will analyze workload-to-staffing to prepare personnel resource justifications to a capital improvements construction product line. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications This position has an SPF which is current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA) from any state, the District of Columbia, Guam or Puerto Rico.
