As a supervisor for the Visitor Services team, you will lead the team responsible for providing visitor, badging, and HR services in our support center in Seattle. You’ll ensure a world class, welcoming experience for all visitors and partners visiting the Seattle Support Center.
As a supervisor, you will…
• Lead direct reports in their daily performance as well as their ongoing development.
• Manage the day-to-day operations. Develop, track and report on metrics to measure team and individual performance while contributing to department key performance indicators.
• Work cross-functionally to provide a variety of services supporting centers of excellence at the Starbucks Support Center and regional offices.
• Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team - Have a clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles
We’d love to hear from people with:
• Increasingly responsible leadership experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience: 4 years
• Experience working in a customer service, contact center or shared services environment: 3 years
• Project leadership or project management experience: 2 years
