The Supervisor will also be responsible for interfacing with the RAU development team and working with stakeholders on various other projects.The Rockwell Automation University (RAU) School of Technology is a team that serves all of Rockwell Automation its' partners and customers by raising the competency level of hands-on technical resources. You should possess knowledge of the various audiences served by RAU's technical training across the pre-sales, post-sales, and customer training spectrum with respect to the different industries and applications we serve.The ideal candidate will have experience leading technical work, people, and have a passion for coaching and mentoring others. You will report to the Manager of Global Competency Delivery. You will work in a hybrid environment from Milwaukee or Mayfield Heights.Your Responsibilities:Day-to-day people management, including developing the team towards future skills and rolesOwnership of the NA delivery schedule for all stakeholders, programs, and technology for which they are responsible forPrioritization and assignment of work, including delegating appropriately to promote team developmentSetting goals, conducting regular reviews including PADRs, providing coaching, and engaging the team via pre and post-event reviewsAct as liaison between RAU and its key stakeholders, which include Product Divisions, technical resources, design/development engineering, portfolio engineering, marketing, and partner companiesProvide consultation and occasional instructional support for teamsPerform supporting functions/tasks as assigned by managerLeverage professional development opportunities to stay current on technical competency, best practices, leadership techniques, for self and the team.
